Love Doctor Helmy even though appointments with his patients always have him in “catch up mode”…Hours late! not minutes. After 30 years of visits with him I will always continue to come..only to him, because he is “One SPECIAL HUMAN”!

The services from Dr Ibrahim Helmy is great the office staff are very helpful,the technicians also,and the doctors I have learned so much about my hearth and with the medication I'm feeling better just need to take my medication and do my daily walking and exercise and hopefully I will be fine and avoid a hearth attack thanks so much doctors and staff for your knowledge.

The initial visit with Dr. Helmy, beginning with the staff, felt chaotic, unorganized and I found the experience uncomfortable as he consistently waived me off and refused to listen or address my concerns. Instead, he insisted on asking the questions (which were irrelevant to the reason for the visit) and disregarded any information I offered. Even when I mentioned experiencing shortness of breath, he dismissed it, asserting "no shortness of breath" - contradicting my own experience- as he wrote his notes. The visit was unproductive.
